Dry Shampoo

I have heard many salon guests say they don’t like dry shampoo or it takes too long to work. Chances are they are using it wrong.

Here are some tips that may help:

  • Shake the can before use- sounds like a no-brainer right? But sometimes it’s just not something we remember to do so give it a good shake and hold 6-10 inches away from your hair.

  • Divide hair in sections as you go… creating a grid like pattern helps to ensure you reached the areas you need to and aren’t overlapping.

  • Massage the product into the scalp and then brush through to ends. This helps to distribute product throughout.

  • Apply Dry shampoo at night-Yes, you read that correctly- at night. This gives the product the time it needs to absorb oil and do the job you need it to do

  • It’s not recommended to use more than 2 days in a row. No one wants damage to their hair or scalp so stick to this guideline to keep you’re hair happy!
